What are the costs for weekly or monthly maintenance programs?

While our prices are extremely competitive, and we would love to give you an immediate answer, properties and their particular needs are so varying that we will need to discuss it with you and view the property in order to give you a solid quote.

Are your company and team properly insured?

Yes to both questions. In today’s world, it is imperative for the protection of both your property as well as the team servicing your property, that we carry full insurance.

How long will will it take to get a quote?

In most cases we are able to respond within a day or two at the longest. We are extremely flexible and have found that usually it is the property owner who needs to carve out some time – just contact us and we’ll work on getting to you as soon as we can!

Do you have referrals we can contact in order to qualify you for our project?

Absolutely. Again, just contact us using the form on this page and we’ll get right back to you with qualified referrals who can help set your mind at ease in regards to our professional services.

Can I cancel services at any time? Is there a contract?

In most cases, you will be so pleased with the quality of our services and attention to detail, that this question will not even arise. However, we realize that life happens and that circumstances change for our clients sometimes. Usually a contract is not needed, however, it sometimes depends on the amount and type of work involved. Let’s talk about your specific needs!

Do I receive a weekly or monthly invoice for your services?

Again, this usually depends upon your particular project and the services required. However, the typical job requires only a monthly invoice, sent out on the date you prefer (1st, 15th or 30th, for example).
